Tats\u00e4chlich macht mir alles Spa\u00df, was mit Menschen zu tun hat: Veranstaltungen organisieren, Informationen verst\u00e4ndlich und \u00fcberzeugend weitervermitteln. Nicht zuletzt war es diese Freude an der Kommunikation, die mich zur Leitung des eigenen Volleyball-Vereines gef\u00fchrt hat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00fcber meine Interessen<\/strong><br \/>\nAn erster Stelle steht unser Sohn Aurelian, der uns nat\u00fcrlich auf Trapp haltet. In meiner Freizeitgestaltung spielt Sport und Musik eine gro\u00dfe Rolle: Ich spiele Volleyball, tanze, singe und musiziere (Querfl\u00f6te, Klavier, Gitarre, Saxophon) sehr gern und n\u00fctze jede M\u00f6glichkeit zu fotografieren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00fcber meine Motivation<\/strong><br \/>\nMeine bisherigen T\u00e4tigkeiten und Engagements haben mir gezeigt, dass die Kombination Musik, Sport und die Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen genau das richtige f\u00fcr mich ist.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00fcber meine Einstellung zur Arbeit<\/strong><br \/>\nEs ist mir sehr wichtig, bei meiner Arbeit ein klares Ziel vor Augen zu haben und eine ma\u00dfgeschneiderte Planung f\u00fcr mein Vorgehen. Seit 1994 ist er in unserer Werkst\u00e4tte ein unersetzlicher Facharbeiter f\u00fcr Blechblasinstrumente und \u00fcbernahm ab meinem Eintreten im April 2007 die gewerberechtliche Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung. Als Hauptinstrument erlernte Wilfried das Fl\u00fcgelhorn, ist aber mittlerweile auf allen Blechblasinstrumenten versiert. Er ist Berufsmusiker bei den &#8222;M\u00fcrztalern&#8220; (Klarinette, Saxophon und Bass) und hat schon viel von der Welt gesehen. Er hat den Beruf des Instrumentenbauers in der gleichen Firma gelernt wie mein Vater und ich hatte nun das Gl\u00fcck, ihn f\u00fcr unsere Werkst\u00e4tte f\u00fcr die Reparaturen der Holzblasinstrumente zu gewinnen. Hans arbeitete sich superschnell ein und ist trotz einigen Jahren Pause mittlerweile ein vollwertiger Mitarbeiter in unserer Branche.
